Mahindra & Swaraj Tractor Sales in October 2025: Domestic

Mahindra & Swaraj domestic tractor sales in October 2025 stood at 72,071 units, as compared to 64,326 units in October 2024. This represents a 12% year-on-year growth in the Indian market.

The festive season, combined with favourable monsoon conditions and improved farm sentiment, has boosted rural demand. Farmers also benefited from the timely sowing of the Rabi crop and good Kharif output, further driving tractor sales upward.

Mahindra & Swaraj Tractor Sales in October 2025: Export

In the export segment, Mahindra & Swaraj recorded 1,589 units in October 2025, up from 1,127 units in October 2024. This marks an impressive 41% increase in export sales compared to the same month last year.

Such a significant rise indicates Mahindra’s growing global presence and demand across key international markets.

Combining both domestic and export numbers, Mahindra & Swaraj total tractor sales (Domestic + Export) reached 73,660 units in October 2025, compared to 65,453 units in October 2024. This equates to a 13% overall growth year-on-year.

Mahindra & Swaraj Tractor Sales - YTD (April 2025 to October 2025)

For the financial year so far (April to October 2025), Mahindra’s Year-to-Date (YTD) performance also shows consistent growth.

• Domestic Sales: 3,19,407 units (up 18% from 2,70,562 units)
• Exports: 11,278 units (up 16% from 9,740 units)
• Total YTD Sales: 3,30,685 units (up 18% from 2,80,302 units)

This steady increase underscores the company’s strong positioning and adaptability to changing market trends.

Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said,  “We have sold 72,071 tractors in the domestic market during October, a growth of 12% over last year. For the festive period of September & October 2025 put together the growth is 27.4% over same period last year. A good monsoon, combined with the benefit of GST rate cut announced in September have supported the strong performance in September & October 2025. Going forward, factors like timely onset of Rabi sowing & good progress in Kharif harvesting augur well for tractor sales.”
