October 01, 2025, Mumbai: Mahindra and Swaraj Tractor sales set a new benchmark in September 2025, achieving domestic sales of 64,946 tractors. This reflects a remarkable growth of 50% compared to the 43,201 tractors sold in September 2024.

Mahindra & Swaraj Tractor Sales in September 2025: Domestic

In September 2025, Mahindra & Swaraj sold 64,946 tractors in the domestic market, compared to 43,201 units in September 2024. This translates into a 50% year-on-year growth, making it the brand’s highest-ever monthly domestic sales.

The surge can be credited to favourable GST cuts, festive season demand (Navratri preponement), and improved market sentiment supported by a normal monsoon.

Mahindra & Swaraj Tractor Sales in September 2025: Export

Exports in September 2025 also showed growth. The company exported 1,165 units, as against 1,055 units in September 2024. This indicates a 10% year-on-year growth in exports, reflecting consistent demand from international markets.

Even though exports are relatively smaller in volume compared to domestic sales, the positive trend highlights Mahindra & Swaraj’s expanding global footprint.

Mahindra & Swaraj Tractor Sales in September 2025: Domestic + Export

When combining both domestic and export sales, the total tractor sales for September 2025 stood at 66,111 units, compared to 44,256 units in September 2024.
 This marks a robust 49% overall growth year-on-year.

The strong domestic demand, coupled with steady export performance, contributed to this remarkable achievement.

Mahindra & Swaraj Tractor Sales - YTD (April 2025 to September 2025)

Looking at year-to-date (YTD) sales from April to September 2025, Mahindra & Swaraj achieved 2,57,025 units (Domestic + Export), compared to 2,14,849 units during the same period in 2024. This reflects an overall 20% growth in the first half of FY 2025-26.

• Domestic sales: 2,47,336 units vs 2,06,236 units last year (20% growth)
• Export sales: 9,689 units vs 8,613 units last year (12% growth)

Honourable Prime Minister’s decision on the GST rate cut, has increased offtake in the first 9 days of Navratri which is in the month of September this year compared to October last year. This has been further supported by factors like a positive Kharif outlook, increase in the area sown this season and an above-normal monsoon.”
